It is important that your wedding or celebration cake tastes as good as it looks. I use only the finest quality ingredients and ensure that your cake reaches you in the freshest condition possible.

Below are samples of different flavours that we can do.

Cake Flavours

Fruit Cake - Traditional rich sponge, with tangy dried fruit (With or without alcohol), with a home-made flavour. Coated in a generous layer of marzipan then covered in sugarpaste.

Vanilla  - A moist sponge made with Nielsen-Massey pure vanilla extract, always made fresh to ensure a soft, moist and light texture. It is split and spread with a homemade buttercream, whipped from welsh butter and icing sugar. No cake would be complete without a generous layer of homemade fruit jam.

Chocolate Cake - A light moist chocolate sponge made from Organic Green & Blacks Cocoa Powder, then split and spread with chocolate buttercream filling.

Lemon Sponge - A light fresh zesty lemon infused sponge made with unwaxed organic lemon.

Carrot Cake - A rich, yet light melt in the mouth sponge packed with a hint of mixed spice.  Has a air of wholesomeness.

NEW!!! Strawberry Flavoured Sponge - A light Strawberry flavoured sponge with Strawberry Coulis Buttercream.
